Beautiful location, but my expierence was terrible with my $240 cleaning fee for having ashes on my balcony. I do not smoke. When I went to express my concern the staff was rude. DO NOT STAY HERE more
We are extremely unhappy with this property. It is not all that is says it should be for being part of the "Preferred Hotels and Resort" collection.
