Nancy is a great hostess and upgraded our room. We visited in winter and we were one of the few visitors. I'm not sure why. This place is a real hidden gem. This hotel was wonderful! First, the front desk staff is the friendliest and most professional group of people that I have encountered in a hotel. They did everything from helping me with my boarding passes to Kelly jumping off our car due to a dead battery.
