Svilar's was new to me but a friend insisted and I'm glad we drove the 200 mile round trip. It's a really old establishment and definitely has a last-century look. We didn't have reservations so we waited in the bar with the oldest bartender in the world. When in Wyoming I vote for beef, and here it was no mistake.... more

Svilar's is a fine steakhouse/dinner club. It is rustic but the food is excellent. Menu includes many cuts of beef as well as shrimp and lobster tail that is to die for.
