First real disappointment with Trip Advisor rating. As we parked our car near the door nearest our room we saw that the window coverings to our room were torn, then saw that the glass doors to the building were filthy, as was the floor of the soda/ice area we walked though entering the building. We were surpriced how clean and roomy this hotels rooms are.My kids enjoyed huge pool and two whirlpool. Their staff were very professional and friendly. In the morning they have nice selection in the breakfast. Huge reception area. Relaxing stay, we loved it and we will stay at this hotel AGAIN & AGAIN. more

I stayed at the hotel over easter weekend. the breakfast was amazing my son loved the waffles. well kept room and grounds. Friendly service. Great Price and a great place. Loved the Pool. Also close to the Dells so makes travel a little easier we didn't have to worry about staying in a busy hotel with very little service. more
