Great location right on the river, not too far from the lake. Room is as pictured on their website. Comfortable bed, spacious and nicely equipped. Quieter than I expected - considering it's located downtown. It's also a very secure hotel, for women traveling alone. Wonderful breakfast buffet - just be sure to get there early. Staff was friendly and helpful.... more

We stayed here overnight Saturday November 7, 2009. The Hyatt was sold out and we wanted to stay somewhere nice within walking distance of everything downtown. Check was great. The male who checked us in was very friendly and upgraded us to a top floor suite. The room was nice but dated. I expected much more from the Intercontinental. The... more

The food is bland. I asked for a tortilla to go with my enchiladas and they wanted to charge me $1.00. There were 3 other customers in the place during what should have been a lunch rush. No wonder. Not worth it. more
