“Overwhelmed by Smoke”

Stayed here on the second floor from 18-22 May for business travel. The room and floor reeked of smoke even though the room was supposedly non-smoking. The smoke ruined any redeeming qualities the hotel could have had and the scent followed me home. I needed a shower and all my clothes washed. I would never stay here again for any... more

I made the reservation 2 plus weeks in advance. I arrived with my 92 year old Mother. Paid for the room for 2 nights and got the key at 4:00 p.m.. Went to the room and the room was not made up. It was totally destroyed. The furniture was moved all around, no sheets or any bedding, heaping ashtrays(non-smoking room)... more
