I arrived at the hotel on Sept. 13 and I was there, from Wisconsin, due to my son's hospitalization. Not having flown by myself before, I was concerned about the trip and my stay and also very concerned about my son's recovery. The folks at the front desk were just awesome! They made sure I had rides to the hospital... more

The room was clean. Desk area to work with computer. Toilet separate from the sink. I don't like getting ready while someone is on the toilet. Inside access to the room via elevator, very safe. Breakfast looked good, but only took a muffin & coffee because of time. Would stay there again. Staff friendly and helpful. more
