This is a wonderful hotel, very chic and quiet, with a remarkable staff, comfortable and spacious rooms .... and of course "heavenly beds". We appreciate the sheets that cover the blankets. It is an added touch that attests to the cleanliness. We stay here whenever we come to Bellevue. Check-in is quick and easy, valet service is prompt and friendly,... more

We had a family wedding, and they did a fine job!! The rooms were clean & comfortable. They did a nice job with a banquet too! We'll stay there again! more

I'm not sure how this hotel is so highly rated. Maybe we stayed on a bad weekend?? Here's what I found wrong with this place (in chronological order): 1) Valet - very incompetent. When I pulled up to the turn-around, the valet asked if we'd like to self-park, we asked if there's a charge for valet. He said 'yes' so... more
