Oh, my god, I've seldom had worst food in my life. There ice cream is ok, but don't stand around looking too long before you order, that ticks them off. I haven't been in a long time, maybe they've improved, but rating them the second best place in Urbanna is insane. more

On a recent stay in Urbanna, VA we stopped for ice cream at Moo's River's Edge restaurant. We enjoyed out ice cream very much.
