We stayed here in the off season (december) when staying in Bryce Canyon Lodge is not an option (it's closed in the off season). Don't get me wrong, Ruby's location is great. Just outside the Bryce Canyon NP entrance. The rooms are nothing to write home about. They are average and dated. We like to travel off season for a reason -- fewer crowds and cheaper prices. I have no doubt that this place absolutely bustles during the summer, but we had a ground floor room near the pool and exit door, and really, heard very little other than an infrequent door slam.
