My wife and I stumbled upon Luigi's while driving around the Rockwall area. We are recent transplants from the North East and have been fairly unsuccessful finding a good Italian restaurant in North Texas. We were pleasantly surprised by the excellent food we received. We stayed for a weekend at this hotel. The rooms were typical Hampton Inn. The one staff member we came in contact with was very friendly. On the downside, the a/c unit was VERY noisy. The "hot" breakfast consisted of very few items - mainly pastries and cinnamon rolls. A microwave in the lobby was provided to make these items... more

Arriving curbside at "Irish Acres" was breathtaking. The property, which extended beyond the horizon, with stables, horse trails & a house that looked like an ad I'd seen in the Homes & Garden Magazine was all meticulous & soooooo picturesque.
