We were at this hotel Nov. 21-22, 2009 for business and pleasure we thought. Our company was paying for the rooms and parking. We were told that they would need a deposit for inidentals that was $50.00 a night. Come to find out after a warning from my husbands co-worker who was also there they had charged the whole fee... more

We traveled on business and ended up at another hotel. Blackstone rescued us, cheerfully. Clean, peaceful room, great welcoming staff. The bakery cafe downstairs has great breakfasts. more

Stained, see-through sheets. The room had no TP and the lotion was clearly already used. The woman at the desk didn't send some up to the room, but chirped that she'd have some ready for us at the desk! Noise from the street and hotel restaurant required leaving on the AC for the white noise. But the AC kicked out... more
