We love a good diner. When planning our drive to Florida from Newark, DE, we found the Summerton Diner online. The sign leading to the diner was a little scary. It is definitely small town. I will NEVER stay here again. There are several reasons for this statement. First, the manager performed a bait and switch on the price of the room. The verbally quoted price when I reserved the room was $46.47 per night. Upon arrival, we were charged $60 per night. Secondly, there was no safety bar in the shower/tub. Third, the floor... more

just passing though & stayed the night in Summerton S.C. off exit 108 ,aout 5-6miles from exit on Church St. ate at Summerton Diner, I just got chilli dogs w/ slaw , the chilli was homemade & great, staff very nice ,&diner was clean, prices great. Would definetley go back more
