We have just returned from a four day trip to Hilton Head in South Carolina. We stumbled on Eat! a relatively new restaurant from the celebrity chef Robert Irvine from Food Network's "Dinner Impossible." Usually on this show he is cooking for hundred's of people and that should have given me a clue that this might not be the kind... more

This was our second trip to Hilton Head Island. First visit was to the Shelter Cove area (on a marshland inlet) about 10 years ago.
