I recently had the pleasure to visit Blithewold Mansion and Gardens. The self-guided tour was interesting and informative. I very much enjoyed being able to view the exhibits, rooms, and gardens at my own pace. Two very helpful ladies were available in the mansion to answer questions. Our first experience at Tweet's Restaurant was in the 60's when our children were young and Tweet's was down below from the sidewalk...it was in the same place it is now but smaller. This place is charming -- a huge, beautiful house from the 1700s, right in the center of town.
