Our reservation for a king sized bed was not honored and they were reluctant to even try and correct the problem. The breakfast selection was poor. No full length mirror and no luggage rack in the bedroom. The TV channel selection was poor and the towels were of low quality. We usually stay at a lower priced nearby motel and... more

My daughter's wedding reception was held at the Clarion Hotel Park Ridge. The food was excellent. The wait staff at the reception, front desk and at the breakfast next day were attentive and on top of all requests and needs of our guests. The rooms were very comfortable and clean. All of our guests raved about everything...the perfect wedding reception.... more
