“The Kinzua Viaduct is Out of the Way, but Worth the Trip.”

The Kinzua Viaduct Bridge was originally 301 feet high and, at one time, the tallest railroad bridge in the world. We had the good fortune to walk across the bridge years before the tornado took it out in 2003. There is not much to the park but it is definitely worth seeing. The park has 2-3 lookout points and restrooms. It's pretty neat to see how all of the pieces fell and it's great that no one messed around with it. Also, if your in the area, Smethport is a pretty neat town.
