We recently spent three lovely days staying at the Friary Manor Hotel. We were greeted warmly by both the owner and Wilbur the hotel cat. KIngsand and Cawsand are lovely Cornish villages with nice beaches and one dog beach. Nice friendly village where locals speak to you. Pubs do excellent food. Local bingo and church fares. Nice area to tour many places. We stayed in Rose Cottage which was very nice. We took our 2 dogs and they had a lovely time. Very relaxing holiday.... more

Really surprised by the lack lustre, unfriendly service given the other positive reviews. Room was very average, although clean. Breakfasts good. The surrounding area is fantastic - especially recommend Polperro. more
