When we went to the Landmark, we were ignored for most of our meal. We had no water for the majority of the time. When we finally got our food the chowder was like eating sand. From "trying" to make reservations prior to a holiday weekend (told they were "saving the rooms") to getting past the ant infestation... I just would not recommend this location to anyone traveling the Oregon Coast. There are MUCH nicer locations to choose from with friendlier staff, cleaner accommodations and better value. I was recently in Yachats, Oregon, and asked for a good seafood restaurant from a local resident. They suggested the Luna Sea Fish House (located on Hwy 101).
