this place needs remodeled. the outside awnings look terrible,all faded out. the out side paint is in poor condition also. we ate there because my grand daughters were here from out of town and had never been there. we were seated in the trolley due to very few diners there. our waiter was unbelievably terrible. it took a long wait... more

We spent four nights and were very pleased with the Hyatt Place. The staff was exceptionally welcoming and friendly. The entire hotel is very, very clean. Rooms are large and beautifully furnished. This is a fine Hampton. Great location near the airport and rental cars. I was very pleased. Decent food nearby etc... The front desk treated me very well and the room was clean and quiet. Everything worked etc... No complaints. I would stay again. more
