We were in a party of 4 in 2 B&B rooms for 2 nights. Positives: An ancient building, cleverly converted to provide high-class accommodation while maintaining its functional character. Fantastic position among the reed-beds, with some rooms having stunning views. There are several balconies and walkways giving wide-ranging views, some only accessible via certain rooms. Stayed here after the Victoria Inn at Holkham. Room had a good view and staff were friendly. A little bit creaky and you could hear the people above. The setting is supberb and would visit again.
