some tips we found out while we were there. Be prepared to have the staff get to know you by name, take an electrical adapter, eco-friendly bug and tanning spray, comfortable flip flops and water shoes, feel free to hop a tram to either of the other resorts, bring an large insulated drink mug to keep your drinks cold, visit... more

We started off with the email room request...got nothing except for third floor in building 13. We asked the Concierge for a building switch and got bumped up to second floor in the best building 19 (ocean view) for $260US, so if you want Ocean View don't waste money and pay through travel agent, take the chance and do it... more
