The staff, including the owner's son, who is the hotel manager...are friendly, but totally inept at customer service. Just a note about the "Horrible Hospitality" review... I also stayed at the hotel during the time this lady did for a couple months while I was looking for a home to rent/buy. I stayed at the hotel for a week while I was in town visiting family and friends and had an excellent experience. There was a little bit of noise because there was a hockey tournament in town but I feel that is to be expected with rambunctious, teenage hockey players. I found the front desk staff to be very pleasant... more
