We have just gotten back from North Straddie after staying at this resort. The first thing that got our attention was the supposed requirement to leave a blank signed credit card slip as a security deposit. We stayed at the hotel over May long weekend for my Husbands birthday. We found the hotel ideal for our needs - it has a great location in point lookout with almost direct access to the beach (few steps down from the car park). We recently had a 3 night stay in a 3 bedroom apartment and loved it!! We had everything... except a mop ....not too important you may thing on a 3 night stay.... unless you put too much detergent into the front end loading washing machine!!! Everything was beautiful and clean and comfortable and we would dearly love to stay again.... more
