I have nothing good to say about the Cottonwood. Mold/mildew issues; tired, beaten-up furnishings and carpet; stale air (it was a "non-smoking" room - could've fooled me); lots of traffic right outside...need I go on? Find someplace else to stay - even if it's your car. more

We were very disappointed when we arrrived, having prepared ourselves for a lovely weekend away. The "house" was run-down, the grounds were pitiful. The reception was unimpressive too.
