We were not greeted with a hello or welcome. We were just asked for our name and a credit card. When we arrived in the room, there was only one robe, one hand towel and two wash cloths. I called the reception desk and was told that I had to come down to get what I needed. I waited 30... more

She cancelled our "right"reservation, gave us head's up on restaurants to deliver to our room and their managers' reception and delivered cookies to our room- she is a trainee but really knows how to make two tired travellers feel welcome. We would highly recommend your clean friendly hotel. The manager also printed maps and local attractions for us- more

I've been coming to Il Barilotto for 5+ years with my family and have never been disappointed. The atmosphere is cozy and eclectic with a modern italian touch. Food is amazing, especially the risotto; which they usually have a featured dish of depending on the seasonal ingredients.
