Ate dinner for the third time at Char tonight. The service was good, not great, but definitely not bad. Unlike the previous post I realize that they are undergoing some cosmetic changes and that really should not bother you since the view is only of Rt. 202 anyway. Now the food is with out a doubt average at best. Or... more
