I tried to make a reservation for one adult and two children - rate quote was for 3 adults ($80 for flea bag in middle of nowhere on weekday night). Person told me that they really didn't want me there because "I was camping" (I am not really sure what he meant but maybe he was implying that his rooms... more

After calling the hotel and being refused a refund for a room I never used, I contacted the Best Western Customer Relations office. Apparantly someone at the higher level found my complaint to be reasonable and a refund was issued. more
