“Nothing fancy, but it works to get a good rest”

Although I do admit that the Sundown Lodge in the charming little town of Eureka was not our first choice of places to stay in town, it ended up being a decent place to spend the night. From meeting Marge downstairs, to staying a few days in Eureka, all I can say is... besides being in Eureka, NV, it is what you would expect? What a surprise to find a really nice motel in this small town in the middle of the desert. Although it was pricy, the room was very large and clean, and the facilities were in good shape. Modest free breakfast but it was OK. I think it is the only place in town still open so one can't argue much... more
