We booked our reservation via the website, and did get the cabin we requested, however at check-in, the young man who checked me in appeared very disoriented, and i could tell he was tipsy. I did not have a reservation and when i checked in,the clerk could barely speak english, and dressed in dirty wrinkled clothes. Our room was smelly, like there was mold in the walls somewhere.the restaraunt was not open,or the gift shop. It felt like the place was in the middle of a foreclosure.
