Staff was super nice, but rooms were so so. I think the hotel needs an overhaul. From what we found out,Katrina victims lived in the rooms for over a year. I agree with the other reviewer- The people that run the place cannot speak a lick of English- I tried to get some stationary and they looked at me like I was insane. If you eat the free breakfast they watch you the whole time like you are taking too much. Very uncomfortable stay. Go Elsewhere if you have to... more
