Upon driving up to the hotel from the road, your first thought will be "uh-oh". If you have visited Myrtle Beach or Clearwater Beach in the 70's you'll recognize the architecture of the hotel and rooms. Cool back then but woefully outdated in 2009. Lobby was nice. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Boulevard Inn. Staff was very friendly. The rooms were large and spacious, very clean. Bed was very comfortable. Bar and restaurant staff were friendly and helpful. Didn't eat dinner there but the cremem brulee for dessert was AWESOME!
