Stayed here overnight to take a break from driving from Toronto to St. Paul. We chosen this hotel because of the pool open 24 hours a day. My husband grew up in Portland, we were in town for a wedding. It was kind of fun feeling like a tourist in your hometown! Booked through Best Western site (claimed to have lowest price). When we arrived after a long air trip near midnight, the clerk raised the rate (even though it was guaranteed by Best Western).
