I stayed here with my wife and kids to celebrate special occasion. This hotel was clean and the staff we polite and helpful. I should start with the positives. The food was actually very good and the wine list is above average and reasonably priced. Unfortunately the restaurant moved from The Baronette Hotel to the Crown Plaza and the difference is clearly evident. There were two of us for a business dinner and it took three hours because the service was so bad.... more
