“If you sign a group contract they fail to disclose important information”

The hotel is nice, but the staff including management are not accommodating and they border on being rude. If you sign a group contract when you arrive you will find out that they do not honor any priority club amenities. This information should be in there contracts. When you ask for late check out they automatically so no and then... more
