If you find yourself on the South Shore in Scituate, this isn't a bad summertime option. It's a good-sized beach for getting some sun. It's not the best for swimming, as the seaweed is pretty bad. Also, the parking is only for Scituate residents with a pass. Otherwise, you have to park about 3/4 mile away at a municipal lot.... more

The deck overlooking the water is a great place to waste an afternoon. The lobster roll is outstanding, but the french fries and cole slaw were not so great. more
