I just couldn't imagine really good food coming out of the sloppy looking pink building in a decidedly non-upscale neighborhood. The building looks to be a former house, and not a nice one at that. The parking lot suggests a flea market-it's really ratty looking. I did not have high hopes as we pulled in and walked to the door.... more

Tropical Storm Hanna landed near the border between North and South Carolina early Saturday morning. The hurricane watch for the Carolinas has been canceled, but tropical storm alerts cover the Atlantic seaboard from the Carolinas to Massachusetts. This place in a quiet residential area but, in terms of dining, it could fit in with some of the Italian restaurants on Federal Hill. The menu is thoughtful and creative, with veal, pork, duck, chicken, seafood and pasta. All pasta is made on-site and is quite good.
