Our family arrived at the Clarion in Hagerstown on the 25th of November, the day before Thanksgiving. We arrived late, at 2 AM. I reserved the room online initially was given a different set up than requested. The desk worker quickly made things right and even provided a coffee maker and coffee for me. Very good service. They deal with people in person and will call people back rather than make people wait in the lobby. Very professional. This was a very clean... more

We have visited this restaurant several times and it has always been a great experience. The owner is originally from Germany and the food is reasonably authentic as a result. Not inexpensive but worth the price. I will be back! more
