Lord's is at the real Wells Harbor, away from the area's highest concentration of tourist fare. This alone lends to its charm. The other part is of course the food, which is decidedly good. Mike's Clam Shack was the first restaurant we stopped at on arriving in Maine. The owner was friendly, the service quick, and the food was super yummy. No frills but none needed- the food speaks for itself. The clams were the best I have ever eaten and the onion rings were awesome. Make a point to stop here. Lisa Withrow more
