This hotel was clean - the lobby was clean, our room and bathroom were clean. The staff was very friendly - the front desk personnel, the man cleaning the glass doors, the woman who served breakfast. My husband and I went in to Cacciatores for dinner, his first time and my 3rd. I asked for my pasta to be cooked al dente, most italian restaurants should serve their pasta this way in the first place, but I received my pasta after waiting 30 mins....REALLY under cooked. Excellent service and the best family atmosphere! Cacciatores has the most delicious and fresh Italian food I've had in Maine. The lunch portions are perfect and it's a great spot for work meetings, too. They also let you fully customize your meals so you can add more garlic or change the sauce on a dish, etc. I eat there at... more
