Nothing special. But, clean, comfortable room with better-than-average space and comfort for a 1-star hotel. Newest and cleanest in town by far. Cheap price tag includes friendly service at the front desk, speedy check-in and out, lots of cable channels, free internet, leather recliner in room, and packaged muffins, etc for continental breakfast. I have stayed at 2 of the 3 hotel locations in Emmetsburg. I would recommend the Wild Rose over the other location.
