Booked several rooms for 3 nights, the staff did not completely disclose the non smoking policy. A sign on the front door said that the hotel had a Smoke Free Policy. I was not told that during the reservation in which i asked for some smoking rooms. The staff waited until the last minute to notify me of this policy.... more
