I have eaten at the White Eagle several times. In January 2009 we arrived about 9 PM, straight from a funeral. We both ordered the sampler platter, which was delicious. I spend much of the year out of the Chicago area and look forward to eating at Omega whenever we return. I've eaten breakfast, lunch, dinner, and late night snacks at Omega and never have had a bad meal. Wide choice of food served by friendly people... and it's always good. I have been schooled in Chinese cooking and owned a restaurant. I have eaten in Asian "third world countries" including Cambodia, Vietnam and Thailand, and I have never been so concerned about getting sick after having eaten at New China Buffet in Niles.
