I love Phoenicia's appetizers and salads;however,some of their main dishes have been disappointing. The fish which is either served without their deboning it or is poorly deboned is a particularly good example. The service has always been good but not exceptional. We eat at Bellia Via several times a year. The service is very good, the food is very good (I had the grilled salmon 2 weeks ago and it was excellent) and we think it the best restaurant in Highland Park (we've lived in HP for 18 years.) more
