We stayed at the inn for two nights and were very pleased. The staff was very friendly and it had some of the best breakfast that I had at a hotel in a while. Don't get me wrong we have stayed at many 4 and 5 star hotels and resorts and had wonderful breakfast, however, they had quaint breakfast room... more

Excellent service and staff is friendly and helpful. Much better than larger hotels. It has been updated! more

Fairfield, Illinois has two motels ... Briarwood Inn, a modern one with swimming pool ... near restaurant, WalMart, and movie theater ... 2d ... Uptown Motel ... not so modern ... restaurant with breakfast only ... the Glass Door Inn ... a B&B has closed ... nearby are Mt. Vernon, Illinois (30 miles West) has several motels and restaurants ...... more
