I was there with my stepmom to celebrate my birthday. It was wonderful and relaxing and I have absolutly nothing bad to say. Both Lucille and George were terrific, warm and inviting. Tropical Storm Hanna
The U.S. Atlantic coast is braced for Tropical Storm Hanna. There is a hurricane watch in effect from Edisto Beach, South Carolina, to the North Carolina Outer Banks. Tropical storm alerts cover areas from Georgia to New Jersey. The center of the storm is expected to move close to the Carolina coast today, but Hanna's rains and wind will affect the coast well before the storm lands.

My son's wedding rehearsal dinner was there. It was a fabulous experience. The food was very good. The staff very helpful. Anything we wanted was fine with them. The chef met with me several times concerning the event and was always cheerful and helpful. Cocktails and horderves on the veranda at sundown. What a wonderful way to begin the evening.... more
