Befoe checking in I called to see if they would serve the cinnamon rolls promoted, advertised and pictured on my bill envelope. Toni said yes ... I then came in and at check-in asked _____________ if they would absolutely be serving the signature Cinnamon rolls or were they out and she said yes they would serve them...they were not out.... more

The people were so nice and polite. I had problems getting on wireless connection and the desk manager was more than helpful and solved my problem in a short time. The service was great and the swimming pool was clean. The room was outstanding for the price. The room was clean and roomy. I would recommend this place to anyone! more

Peter and Andy are extremely helpfull. I will recommend this hotel to any person or business who plans to come to Douglas, GA. Very nice accomodations. They helped me unload my suitcases because my back was out of order tonight. Thank You John Caputa more
