The moment we walked in from the moment we left it was terrible customer service from one employee to the next. Our son who is a Marine came to Ft Benning to Airborne School after 7 months of being in Okinawa Japan. My husband and I stayed here two nights for an extended business stay at Fort Benning. We usually have private corporate apartment housing, but only needed short visit accommodations. We were pleasantly surprised by this hotel.
