I'm surprised that I've not written about Bayou Joe's before now. I've eaten there a number of times over several years. It is hard to know where to start. I can remember as far back as age 7 eating at Captain Andersons and I'm now 52! Many of the waitresses have made wonderful careers there and know the restaurant top to bottom. In my opinion the food, service and atmosphere are exceptional. I don't know what they do to their thousand island dressing but it's the best I've ever... more

every time we come to panama city we eat lunch three to four times the oisters are good and cold the grouper is hot and delicious more
