American owned and operated I was very pleased w/ my stay at the econo lodge. The room was clean and confortable and the entire staff was very friendly and accomidating. I will start by saying this is a pretty and historic building, but that is where the good ends. We were not greeted when we walked in the door, even though employees were scurrying around. After a few minutes we were shown to a table. It took a little while to take our order and drinks were brought right out.... more

This is the best hotel in Live Oak, which only has two chain hotels. I stay here occasionally, the rooms are clean and the breakfast is good. If you have to stay in Live Oak, this is the place; however, if you are traveling you might want to keep on truck'n. more
